The Firm's founder operates at ranges the industry considers impersonal and altitudes the industry considers unreasonable, under a doctrine refined across 472 billable hours: the flag will still be there in fifteen minutes. What distinguishes the founder is not urgency — it is the complete absence of it, deployed with precision.
Most operatives close distance to resolve a dispute. The founder holds it. From elevation, every contested objective becomes a matter of patient review — surveyed, documented, and, where the record requires it, concluded at 826 meters. And when the practice must travel, it does not walk. It rides.
The Firm's most recognizable asset. The Traverser Mark 2 — El Caballo — is not a vehicle. It is a philosophy with a drivetrain: direct vehicular contact administered at speed, passengers delivered to objectives they did not ask to visit, and 384 combatants removed from the field astride. Opposing counsel's account is on the record: the vehicle came out of nowhere. It did not.
Five hundred and fifty-three combatants removed from the playing field via direct vehicular contact — a subspecialty within the practice, with El Caballo applications particularly notable. The July tracker audit records 479; the in-game ledger records 553. The difference is attributed to unreported contact, and the reconciliation remains open.
It has come to the attention of the practice that certain teammates, in moments of postmatch reflection, have characterized the founder's contributions as "not mission focused" and, more recently, "intangibles." The practice wishes to respectfully — and with the appropriate corporate restraint — submit the following evidentiary record for the file:
Fifty-five hours standing on objectives — more than two consecutive days of doing nothing but the mission. The mission has, in fact, been focused upon extensively. The mission and the founder are on intimate terms. The intangibles, it turns out, were tangibles.
The Firm has retained operatives who take objectives. It has retained an operative who becomes them. The founder provides the complement: an operative who has seen every objective on every map — from a considerable distance, through a scope, at his leisure.
Proximity, in the founder's operational calculus, is a service other people offer. The practice offers certainty: the shot will arrive, the Caballo will arrive, and neither will be early. They will be exactly on time.
